Trade Show Budgeting

A Quick rule of thumb when creating your budget for exhibiting in a trade shows is:
  • For a regular booth using existing display, graphics etc., multiply the booth space cost by 3
  • For a regular booth in need of new display, graphics etc., multiply the booth space cost by 4
  • For a booth utilizing technology-based demos or live presentations, multiply the booth space by 5
Note: this is an estimate, but worth using as a guide when creating your marketing strategy and choosing the right show.
